Connecting Dreams – Expanding Internet Access for Students and Teachers at Bethsaida

At Bethsaida Orphanage Secondary School, we believe that access to information is access to opportunity. As a school dedicated to the growth and empowerment of orphaned and vulnerable girls, we are urgently calling for support to provide reliable internet connectivity for both students and teachers. In today's digital world, internet access is no longer a luxury—it is a necessity for quality education, research, communication, and digital literacy. Unfortunately, our current infrastructure is either non-existent or unreliable, severely limiting the ability of our girls to explore online learning resources, digital libraries, and skill-building platforms. This project seeks to install high-speed internet, set up a digital learning hub, and provide training for teachers and students on responsible and productive internet use. By doing so, we will unlock countless learning opportunities, enable access to online courses, and prepare our students for the modern workforce. Teachers, too, will benefit by accessing up-to-date teaching materials, global education communities, and innovative tools to enhance classroom learning. The estimated cost for full setup, equipment, and initial subscriptions is $12,000. We invite kind-hearted donors, NGOs, and technology partners to join us in bridging the digital divide. Together, we can ensure that no girl is left behind in the digital age. Help us connect these bright minds to a world of knowledge, one click at a time.
