Bethsaida Orphanage Secondary School was filled with excitement and motivation as a group of passionate students from the University of Dar es Salaam paid a special visit to inspire and encourage the girls to pursue their studies with determination and confidence.
The visit, which took place in the school's main hall, was filled with powerful speeches, personal stories, and heartfelt advice from university students—many of whom shared similar backgrounds and challenges. They spoke about the importance of hard work, self-belief, and education as a key to unlocking future success.
"We came to remind our younger sisters that no dream is too big," said one of the university students. "With focus and faith, they too can join institutions like the University of Dar es Salaam and make a difference in their communities."
The girls of Bethsaida listened eagerly, asking thoughtful questions and sharing their own dreams of becoming doctors, teachers, engineers, and leaders. The session ended with songs, group discussions, and a renewed sense of purpose among the students.
This inspiring event is part of Bethsaida's ongoing mission to empower girls through education, mentorship, and exposure to role models who prove that the sky is the limit.
